Cicis Pizza - Gatlinburg

Why can't you have any negative reviews? This place would definitely get it. We went to eat and my children had to use the toilet room. She had it since Sevierville. It had collapsed to eat at lunch, went to ask where the toilet was and was said that is for paying guests ONLY! We informed the woman we wanted to eat, but they have to go to the bathroom first. The lady cried to us, I DONT CARE IF THEY NEED to use the RESTROOM, is THIS only for hesitants GUEST!!!! Mt Mann informed her that we had to eat, really have to put her in a bath. She just scared him. So we went. No consideration or compassion. Absolutely not a place where a family has to eat. Don't give up! I don't know. I took a picture of the woman who was rude when we were gone, she's the cashier.

After a busy day in Smokey, this is the best place to eat. The staff is super friendly and the food was just the best. And I would like to mention her boss El Jandro. In any case will go back when I visit gatlinburg again

We brought our children here. They stopped the line and made me a pizza dish without crust on request. You forgot my second. They also seem to be bilingual in Spanish. Everyone seemed friendly. I must say that the landing is so bad that we thought for the first days on our vacation that this place was actually closed and permanently closed.

They don't have the best pizzas, but I like their clean interior and sitting. Staff were cooperative and serve the pizzas we wanted.

Very clean! Fresh hot pizzas. Would've liked to see more toppings on the salad bar. But this location is a gem! I'm from Ohio and we don't have CiCis anymore so this was a treat for us! Also made a request for a pizza and it was out hot and delicious in under 10 mins!
