Great coffee, employee went out of his way to make sure the coffee was perfect.

Hidden gem among the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg! I was pleasantly surprised by the menu and taste of my honey lavender iced latte. Catherine was so helpful and kind and helped me navigate the menu as they have a huge amount of flavors and drink types. I really loved the full coffee flavor with just a hint of the sweetness in the syrups without that overly sweet or artificial taste. Wish they had a place near me as I live 9 hours away and while I love coffee, that's just too far a drive everyday. Definitely stop by for a treat!

Not a long line, but waited 20 minutes for them to make my coffee. Literally everyone just waiting around super angry as the slowest barista I have ever seen does god knows what…. It seems like they take about 5 minutes to make each drink which is crazy!

We visited based on positive reviews. I ordered a hot White Chocolate Latte, and my wife got an iced Salted Caramel Latte. Initially, we weren't impressed, but each sip got better. We're coffee snobs with a Breville Pro at home, so this isn't quite the same, but it has its own unique appeal. Overall, we enjoyed it. The barista seemed inexperienced with espresso and couldn't identify their signature drink, just a heads up. Also, be prepared for a wait our drinks took over 25 minutes to arrive.

Great service and coffee I tried the iced caramel macchiato and it was perfect! Next time I would get a large!!!
