Mama's Chicken Kitchen - Gatlinburg

We had one of the best meals of our trip across five states at Mama's Chicken Kitchen, and it was surprisingly affordable. It's amazing how things work out sometimes. Mama's Chicken Kitchen is definitely a step above KFC. We only ended up here because everywhere else had long wait times, but it turned out to be a fortunate decision. We enjoyed everything we ordered and may have to make one more stop before heading back home to Pittsburgh.

Great chicken! I got the fried chicken breast, leg and thigh meal with the green beans and coleslaw and a biscuit. I also got a dinner salad. My mom got the chicken wings with chicken dumpling soup and coleslaw. I actually gave her my biscuit and she saidit was the best biscuit she's ever had (she actually went up and ordered two more afterwards to have in the morning with thepeach jam they serve with it). She also loved the chicken dumpling soup. The chicken was moist and delicious. Highlyrecommended.

I had a wonderful first-time visit at this restaurant. I ordered the Philly steak sandwich with fries and coleslaw, and everything was delicious! The atmosphere was pleasant, the bathrooms were clean, and the seating was very comfortable.

The fried chicken at this restaurant is excellent. The skin is crispy, the meat is well seasoned, and it is moist and tender without being overcooked. The sides accompanying the chicken were delicious, and the biscuits and jam served as a perfect end to the meal - who needs dessert?

Everything at Mama?s Chicken Kitchen was delicious and I?ll be sure to come again and try something else before our trip is over. My wife and I also appreciated the outdoor seating because we were able to bring our dog and sit outside. I ordered theleg and thigh meal and got the green beans and chicken and dumplings for my two sides. It also comes with a biscuit with somejam, my plate came with strawberry but they also have other flavors. Had to take a photo of pop and the kids, too. ????
