Even though we went at 10:00 at night, they allowed us to eat kebab before the kitchen was closed. The staff was very polite. Prices were reasonable. We finally found "fıstıklı kebap" in Gaziantep. This place is not your typical restaurant in Gaziantep. We are originally from Istanbul, so we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Akan Restaurant. We also tried their "fındık lahmacun" and "içli köfte," and everything tasted delicious. Their special salad with "semizotu" and "purslane" was a fantastic addition to our meal. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a culinary experience reminiscent of Istanbul!
