Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

I go here all the time but today I went to go get a malt and it tastes spoiled. I asked for a strawberry cookies and cream malt and when I tasted it, something wasn't right. I give three stars because they are usually good. A whole malt gone to waste because of how horrible it tasted.

It is ok. The ice cream definitely is very good. The kids working there were nice but didn't do more than their obligation, they seem quite tired! And the place could be a little cleaner. When I arrived there with my family I could not say the place was open for dine in or just the drive-through was opened. In general it's a nice place.

We went to this Oberweiss last Friday, we were the only ones in the store. No flavors were listed- when I asked the girl working there if they had a certain flavor- she didn’t speak and only shook her head, “no” I think she spoke once when she handed my husband his shake which was spilling down the sides! She was so rude that it almost made it comical!!! Needless to say we won’t visit this one again any time soon. Terrible customer service. The lady was so rude in the drive threw. She then had me park to wait for my fries. It took 15 minutes and my food was cold when she finally brought it out after I had to call to check what was going on.

Not great. Ordered a caramel malt with extra malt. Didn't taste any malt powder at all. Also $9 for a shake is ridiculous.
