Portillo's Hot Dogs - gbrook

I have been here about six times in the past 2 months. All six times order has been wrong. Lack of management paying attention to workers. Workers are lazy. I do believe many can not read. Receipt is correct but food is wrong. This restaurant is going down fast.

Everytime we go here I swear they mess up my order and then lastnight we go and get hotdogs and no knowing my father-in-law doesn’t like mustard he wiped it off at home and it has MOLD!!!!! Be careful what you eat!!!!

Food is good but service is hit or miss at this location. I put in a large order for curbside pickup. Texted the number listed on sign no response after 10 minutes. Went inside and said I texted number. They just gave the order not even a sorry for waiting. Order was put in 2 hours ahead of time and it wasn't even ready.

Dined in and they took 25 minutes to give me my food also they are rude

Ollie is a terrible cashier. She butchered the whole order and the manager wasn’t any help. I truly feel like if the situation was different, the manager would have immediately made things right.
