Turystyczny - Gdansk

I've been polishing in Britain for some time. I visited my fiancée and wanted to show him delicious polish kitchen. I was not sure about bar turystyczny as it is more type of cantine style restaurant, but I could not be wrong. the food was so good, it tastes like eating from the kindness, proper house style and tasty. and ridiculously cheap. my English partner loved the gołąbki next time in danzig we will visit again

One of the famous Polish milk bars, which serve generous portions of cuddly spits in domestic style. the food tasted brilliant and was very economical.

We spent 60 zl for 3 meals and dessert. good place to try local food for cheap price. Just remember that Omlet Shot is more of a pfanncake that is enough for 2 people, because portion is massive. cashier has understood English. I suggest using Google lens to translate the menu.

Great cantine-style place for having a quick lunch when exploring the city center. They have a lot of traditional polish (and not only dishes for a very low price . Everything is written and spoken in Polish and the queue goes very fast so be prepared for a quick decision on what to order. ;

My favourite milk bar in poland! Prices are very reasonable. Got the pork schnitzel, rice, pork ribs and sour cabbage with compote. All were amazing! Standouts was definitely the sour cabbage (I got an extra portion thereafter) and the pork schnitzel which was huge. Place was air conditioned and staff were friendly and conversational in basic English. Be wary of long queues during peak hours. Will definitely visit again when I’m back in Gdansk!
