Great food and wine experience! I usually do not charge hotel-connected restaurants very well, but recently I took part in an eating wine pair in winestone, connected to the mercure hotel that I enjoyed very much. the pairing event consists of 4 feeds; 1 appetizer, 2 main dishes, 1 desert and each dish is served with a wine. how every dish is served, the host explains what the dish is and what the wee is and why they fit together. ask are welcome and our host could answer everything we asked. the courts and weeping are pre-elected by the chef and sommelier, I have learned that this is the name for a wein specialist, but if they have special nutritional requirements, they can contact them earlier and they will try to adapt to them. the set menu changes so often. I went on Sunday and will go again on Thursday and was informed that two of the dishes will be different. very pleasant and educational experience with very friendly staff.

Wspaniałe miejsce. Doskonała kuchnia, usługa na najwyższym poziomie. Miałem przyjemność skosztować doskonałego dania z stęgą. Choć może się wydawać, że to proste danie, tutaj naprawdę znają się na rzeczy i potrafią wynieść je na nowy poziom. Obsługa jest niezwykle profesjonalna. Wszystko podawane jest ciepłe i świeże. To naprawdę wyjątkowe doświadczenie. Doskonała kuchnia, najwyższy standard. Byłem pod wrażeniem, jak uzdolnieni potrafią umiejętnie przygotować jedzenie. Choć potrawa może wydawać się zwyczajna, jest tu prawdziwa magia w sposobie jej przygotowania i podania. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z wizyty. Wszystko było świeże i smaczne.
