I would say very average overall. Had a delightful time and the staff are very friendly. Food was tasty even if not as fresh when we arrived at 8, some dishes were no longer being topped up which was a shame. Overall 3.5 :

One of the worst places I have ever been to in Nottingham. If you don't want people to come and eat there, then don't be open. They made us feel unwelcome and were shouting at us when we did nothing wrong. It is not the right way to talk to people. They even made a child cry because they made him feel uncomfortable. Not going back, good luck to everyone else.

It is truly a very good place, from the entrance to the exit there is very good service, if you are looking for a buffet I recommend this place, its space is very clean, the food is delicious, the service of the employees is really good, they are cordial people, The super pleasant atmosphere is a 5 out of 5, the bathrooms are super clean, and unlike other places there is a variety of foods to taste, I loved this place Golden Phoenix is a very spacious place designed for all types of people, pets are not accepted in the place, it is very familiar and social. Lovely fresh food. Friendly helpful staff too! Would definitely recommend a visit!
