The Yardz - Geelong West

I've been eating here regularly since April. The bar staff are super friendly. I've had steak the barramundi the schnitzel the other people I've dined with have had the kangaroo the mixed grill the rib eye. We have never had a bad meal. The owner (Carol) is lovely and last night we were politely asked if we would mind moving to a different table to allow for a large group of diners to sit together and upon doing so we were unexpectedly offered a couple of complimentary drinks. Great honest pub food.

Come to the Yardz quite often, tonight was exceptional. My partner had the 350g porter house medium. It was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. We pay a lot more at other places and this was much better. The Thai beef salad was sensational and my son loved his cheese burger. Staff was fantastic especially the guy behind the bar very fast and chatty. Little hint though if Geelong are playing the pub is in Geelong and don’t really expect to be told that there only playing the Essendon game. did play both games in the end.

We stubble across this place and thought we'd have quick lunch...what a great place! Great service the meals are amazing (best dressing).. keep up the great work..

My husband and I had dinner at the Yardz recently and the meal and service were excellent as it has been every time we have dined there. Thoroughly recommend it.
