Cake and bread of good quality. After a long time I had breakfasts again, which was ok, but all the tables were filled with pre-orders of pick-up customers, which also seemed very stubborn on us. Had to clear ourselves a table, breakfast....price/ performance too expensive.

The owner loves and lives the baking! No bakers from Poland! I have never got soft rolls here! That alone says everything!

Several times I gave the Dittmer bakery a chance. The rolls are super but the service was now underground several times! This morning again, I had to listen to a clearly badly lauded salesman, which I don't like to pay my rolls with a 10€ bill at a price of 7,10€, and this will be the next time I'm given change. That's exactly what you want to hear after a 24 hour shift in the rescue service. Dear Mr. Dittmer/ Employer, provide your employees with small money at the cash desk in the morning so that they don't touch the customers otherwise you will lose sales. There's another chance. VG

Always delicious and fresh rolls. The covered baguettes are highly recommended. Fair prices.

Marzipan Nuss birthday cake for 80 years' birthday, extra with soft biscuit floor and soft decoration ordered. We got a cake that would have gotten any loan better, a ground that was totally hard but not a biscuit) and as a decoration hard sugar flakes it could not have been worse for older people). We asked how this could happen and whether the cake has made an apprentice, one was only told that the confectioner would be new... sorry but no understanding for then you should not call yourself a confectioner if you are not able to create a beautiful to see cake from the shape. That was the last cake I bought there. Price performance deficient. Not recommended!
