Pizza Hut - Geismar

I ordered two pizzas and neither of the crusts were cooked through enough.

Over the past few years, this restaurant has steadily been getting better. The customer service has improved significantly and the speed of service has greatly improved.

We love the location on 73! Ever since the Ultima Plaza location closed, this has been our go-to spot. Unfortunately, the one on Highway 44 is not good at all.

This restaurant should be closed down. My experience with them, specifically ordering two specialty pizzas for delivery, was terrible. After waiting for an hour and a half, they delivered someone else's order which consisted of two very plain pizzas. Instead of waiting for new pizzas, I tried to call the store for an hour to resolve the mix-up, but they never answered the phone. I eventually gave up and called the corporate number, where a representative promised to call me back within 24-48 hours, but I never received a call. It was a complete disaster. Our household will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut. Thankfully, Domino's recently opened and they are doing a great job.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I have called multiple times to place an order, but they never answer their phone. Eventually, I resorted to using an app to order pizza for my kids, despite my reluctance. Unfortunately, the order never arrived after 1.5 hours, even though it was marked as out for delivery.
