Feedback gevenWe were here not for the first time. We came because we liked the food, but I visited this place for the last time! Waiter was unbelievably slow, rude and he was stinking of booze. For me as a person with milk intolerance is really important to order the right food, I asked him to change a bakery product in the meal for the basic one without butter and it seemed to be not a problem. When the food finally arrived, I checked my order and he said the toast contains butter, when I told him what was my request he started to shout at me with excuses that every bakery product has butter in the content, he was not willing to change my meal. And in the end he had a sarcastic comment,if "I'm still alive!" It's really pity that staff can change an opinion on a such a good place, mainly when there are more and more people with intolerances.
Went there for brunch in a group with children. Service was not super efficient although super kind. Place is a little bit pricey but very good for children because there is a closed garden and a playing corner. The food was decent
This place looks like one of the hip cafes, lots of expensive home-made products are being sold in a small shop at the entrance and the place actually looks very light and modern and comfy. Unfortunately the service wasn't great and the food was nearly cold by the time I got it. Looks better than it is. It's also very expensive.
A friend and i met for breakfast at "die liebe." we shared a platter for two which was pricy but really nice. you can Chose one egg-dish and get served a platter with ham/cheese/butter/jam. and some bread with it. the waiters are a bit overwhelmed as soon as more than 3 tables are full, but they stay friendly and in the end we always got what we asked for :)one of the best things is that you can sit there forever without having the Feeling that they would like you to leave soon as you've blocked the table Long enough - which is often a Problem in Vienna.
Absolutely loved this place. It is a big industrial type space with a couple of speciality stalls (smoked meats, cheese, wines etc) that you can buy to take home or eat there. There is also a daily menu for breakfasts/lunch/dinner, not many offers (choice of 2 starters and 2 mains) but what we ate was delicious. Also have a schnapps cart of homemade liquers with some really interesting flavours (bacon onfused whiskey, curcuma orange vodka and the likes!)
