Ginger and Fred

I have to admit. it does not look too inviting on the first look. small and elegant restaurant. but eating and service convinced me. very delicious, freshly made. ideal if they enjoy good eating and care less about the unusual atmosphere

Very well located, beautiful view over prag, which always comes nice with a lot to eat. service very friendly, but I didn't like to have discussions about the quality, how meat must be. in general, eating had a really nice quality. could be a bit...more on the plate, but ok is what is normal with fusion cuisine restaurants. we had a burger and the duck. the burger and everything that came with him was really good. but the escape had to go back to the chef twice and stayed in the kitchen. one of the pieces was perfect medium, but the second was still raw in his flesh. I love sushi, I like to eat medium meat, but I don't like eating my wing raw. so the duck went back twice. what I didn't like was the discussion after all the pieces were good, there was nothing raw. but I am definitiw sorry, and if people don't like medium meat prepares the cook meat as well as well done why I needed to discuss about a piece of duck breast when it is raw or not. it had a defiantly different textur than the other piece and I understood why the restaurant must then discuss it. everything in all they really tried to make it and I got another food instead and service always remained polite, but it was a disappointment to distinguish whether a piece meat has the right texture or not if I look forward to eating out breasts and ended with good fish

I was a couple of years ago at walking and fred and enjoyed a lot and now I wanted to share the experience with my wife and two teenagers. this time the experience was mixed. I had made a booking by e-mail, but as we went there, they could not find our reservation. the manager was very polite and we were happy to locate. the specialties of the day were however all sold out (less with food quality was very good, but they can find difficult ways to choose a dish if they do not eat meat or fish.

In general the food had a really nice quality. Could be a bit more on the plate but ok that's what's normal with fusion-kitchen-restaurants. We had a burger and the duck. One of the pieces was perfectly medium but the second one was still raw in 80% of its meat. I do love sushi, i like to eat medium meat, but I don't like to eat my poultry raw. That's why the duck went back twice. What I didn't like was the discussion afterwards that all pieces were good there was nothing raw...but sorry it definitely was and if people don't like medium meat the chef prepares the meat as well "well done" why do I needed to have discussions over one piece of duck breast if it is raw or not.
