Excellent from beginning to end!!! Home, advice, and exceptional dish

A birthday meal that, according to the map, was well written by the way, suggests that it was going to be exceptional... And in the end we were disappointed. The setting and the reception are perfect, the service also, all the dishes are beautiful. But, the dishes were not up to our expectations and even less the price! (80 Euros person, air included! . There is not really any research and refinement given to the prices. Very good entries but the main dishes have left to be desired. The dry fish, fennel a little burned on the outside, a meat of the 'Aubrac lasts by place and served with a ' truffle juice', which had absolutely nothing exceptional: butter to the melted truffle and put over the meat.... which has nothing of a juice worthy of that name. In addition, served with a steam potato, as well as a very ordinary presentation. More research in cooking, the elaboration of the juice, of the vegetables served (e.g., with a glazed carrot or others and a more refined presentation, would add a lot of charm to these dishes that were quite basic. It's a shame because the products are of quality. In short, an experience that has disappointed us and we will not renew, because the dishes do not meet our expectations, given the prices. There is much better elsewhere for a similar price range.
