I wanted to take the time to congratulate the leader (and his team) his work on vegetables is amazing! bring as much tannin, power while having a balance and not too fat. It's very good cooking work! I have made a bcp of starred restaurant especially 1 and 2 stars, whether in france or in belgium, I am very impressed by the quality of the chef's work. Of course, to reach the 2 stars, there will still be work bcp, but if the leader wants it, it will happen because the tastes are there, controlled, powerful and fine at once. Bravo bravo bravo, what a good job!

Perfect on the plate of to z. beautiful value of products, there is not always need of noble products to sublimate the plate, the chef is a magician! Fun concept to guess what's on the plate. Thank you!!!

An incredible stay! We wanted to thank the chef for his kindness his availability and especially his talent as cook! the rest of the team is not in the rest, it’s a real happiness to spend this weekend in a suspended place! You've got to turn the owners on. You don't need anything more
