The stars of the show were undoubtedly the dishes we ordered: Tuna Belly, Tuna Eye, Squid, and Chicken. The Tuna Belly, a succulent and flavorful cut of fish, was grilled to perfection. Each bite was a heavenly mix of smoky, tender goodness that practically melted in our mouths. The Tuna Eye, a delicacy that one must try at least once, was a unique and intriguing experience. The rich, gelatinous texture paired with the savory, umami flavor made this dish an unforgettable standout. The Squid, fresh from the grill, was a masterpiece of culinary artistry. Expertly cooked, it was tender and juicy, without a hint of rubberiness that can sometimes plague lesser establishments. Cheap place to have seafood dinner. Choose-and-cook style of service. Traditional Filipino cooking. Favorite are grilled tuna and soar soup/sinigang. Full of customers, but could have been better if they improve sanitation and facilities

Tiongson St. is known for its grilled seafood but they have a portion, end of the street, where there is all meat. The more famous restaurant, I was told is Daniella’s. Since it was packed the night we went, we settled for the resto across the street. There were 2 of us and We had sizzling bihod (female tuna fish eggs), pork barbecue, grilled tuna belly and baked imbao (shell fish), with a couple of beers. Our bill amounted to only Php600 (USD12)!!! We also didn’t have a hard time going there as there are lots of tricycles abound. Go there, feast and enjoy!

Being frequent customer in this place was awesome, mouthwatering and thumbs up food- chicharon tilapia, tuna kinilaw, grilled tuna belly, pork bbq and grilled squid. Recommendable place if your craving for seafoods and the lutong bahay foods while visiting in General Santos City...
