Ichiban Japanese Bistro Steakhouse

Foods good, its a little weird that they like live there. would offer to just buy the unused grills and build a wall so it felt not as ghetto. other than that the food is good and the noodles are the best.

We have been going here for a while as sit down for sushi. Ordering the same as we have our favorites. This is the first time we ordered take out and I can say the quality was the same but the portions were not the same as dine in. A bit disappointed. Won't stop us from going back as they are great. We love this place as well as seganos. Just was surprised at the difference.

The staff is very friendly and the sushi is top notch, very delicious. We haven’t tried the hibachi side yet but sitting in the dine in side near the sushi station is a nice atmosphere. The California and Philly rolls along with the sauces they offered were very flavorful, and the staff was very nice and encouraging to try new things. I didn’t think I’d ever try eel, but I took the risk at this place and it had a good flavor. I would try it again.

I moved across the street a couple years ago and this was the first place I ate at.Been coming here and getting take out and sushi pretty consistently and it's always good.Today I ate in at the hibachi, for my birthday.What a pleasant experience, my 3 year old son loved it!This place rocks, food is always amazing, portions are great, and I love the honey ginger green tea.

Another great experience with my friends. They treat my wife I out once per year for food and conversation at Ichiban in Grand Blanc. The service was exceptional and the sushi was excellent. We had a Volcano Roll, Dragon Phoenix Roll, Sakura Roll, Rising Sun Roll and Star Rehab Roll (or Garzilla Roll). Meshiagare (bon appétit)!
