Little Caesars Pizza - Geneva

The food, pizza, was spot on and very good. Unfortunately, the service lacked Merrit because of short staffing. New people constantly in this location. To be clear, the employees were good as good gets and really nice but seemed definitely overwhelmed. Orders were messed up and not fixed or prepared as ordered but they did make it right. To the owner. Just be supportive and patient with your management and make sure he/she takes the time to train the line teams and no matter what, show support and understanding to those who deserve it. You as the overall leader makes or breaks your business.

They forgot one thing on my order and I called them once we got home and realized it. They were super nice and the next time I was in town I was able to pick it up with no issues. Food was hot and yummy. Great prices. Even though they were super busy everyone was courteous! You can tell they were all working hard and trying to do their best. Meal type: Dinner

Staff had lobby doors locked, multiple cars were parked out front while the young men inside were too busy playing together to remember that they had jobs to do. Custom ordered two pizzas one deep dish and one stuffed crust. Half of the deep dish had sausage on it and none of the pizza even had any sauce.. We ordered our food and sat in front of the store for well over 20 minutes. There was only one staff member in the store that was actively attempting to be great while the others were horse playing. OVERALL AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
