Wendy's - Geneva

We love Wendy's more than any other fast food restaurant. However, during my visit to Geneva, NY, I was disappointed by the service. It felt like there was a lack of attention and care, which affected my experience.

After staying away from this place for quite a while due to some previous disappointing experiences, we decided to give it another try today (just 20 minutes before closing) and were pleasantly surprised! Our burgers were fresh and clearly put together by someone who took pride in their work—they actually looked like the pictures! The fries were hot and crispy, and the service was quite good. It seems like Wendy's has either started paying better to attract talent, or they're fortunate enough to have some skilled staff here, and they just need to raise wages to match their abilities.

My friend and I stopped here for breakfast while passing through the city. It was a pleasant experience; as expected from a Wendy's, the food tasted consistent. The place was clean and tidy, and the quiet morning atmosphere made it enjoyable to have our meal.

Love their spicy chicken sandwich but it being spicy is hit and miss. Most of the time it's miss. I've only had this sandwich one time where it was truly spicy all the way through. Wendys supplier needs to remedy this.

I enjoyed the new spicy chicken sandwich they have. The frosty was delicious as well. They now have a 5 for $5 cookie deal, which makes this girl happy.
