CATASTROPHIC! 2 hours to be delivered and still waiting…. And no one answers the phone! A shame !

Absolutely useless. While we ordered a normal burger, we received a gluten-free menu...they were out of vanilla éclair so they offered us a strawberry cake instead and we received....a cheese cake....bad faith from the cook who assures us that he made us a normal burger even though the bread is clearly gluten-free. One thing is certain we will no longer order from them...

Thieves be careful not to order in the evening otherwise no order is no response it leaves you hungry on Christmas Eve I didn't have my meal I hate you

Worst possible home delivery experience. Absolute carnage with delivery 1h17mn later, just look at the receipt.... First the fries out of the box in the bag... Nice AND COLD otherwise it would be too easy. Second: _Order (call) placed 11/28/2022 at 9:14 p.m. and 50 seconds _Prepare 11/28/2022 at 9:29 p.m. and 50 seconds... A total aberration. 15 minutes to register an order? A Monday evening. A SHAME !!! Recently after some research we realized that Blaqk uses numerous aliases on smood or Uber eats to clear customs, multiply orders, therefore line his pockets and literally insult customers. Even the phone number is invalid. Nothing surprising when you know who is behind this company. The commercial police as well as hygiene and the CCNT should take a closer look at questionable practices and what is happening.

Avoid this place at all costs! Expecially Uber eats! 40 CHF for a cold burgher delivered in 50 mins instead of 5!!! It is not Uber eats delivering!!!! They make you pay fees for nothing! It is their employee!!!
