Pasta Prima - Genève

Suprised how poor the recent reviews are. Must admit didn't expect too much. Popped in on the way to the airport (it's only 50m from the main Geneva rail station). Two good Pizza's (Prosciutto & Salami) and a couple of soft drinks for under 50 CHF, which for Geneva isn'y bad. Service was swift too.

My wife and I arrived in Geneva during late afternoon and were hungry on a weekday. We walked around the vicinity of our hotel and came across this restaurant. Unfortunately our Giffgaff roaming Wifi had technical problems and we couldn't check out this place. As the place was reasonably filled with customers we decided to have lunch here. We ordered a pizza with prosciutto and fungi which took a long time. The pizza dough was ok but there wasn't any real prosciutto. Had to repeat our requests for tap drinking water even though we had 2 local draft beers. When the bill came, our beers were overcharged €1 each. We complained about the overcharging and referred to the menu. I am really surprised how this overcharging can happen as the beer description was accurate. When the amended bill came, the waiter proudly showed me the price deduction but I immediately noticed that the total of €85 was horrific. We found out that the meal at the next table was added to my bill Finally got it settled but I noticed that the erroneous bill of €85 was passed to the next table. Please walk past this restaurant.

Really bad service. Got a drink dropped on me by a waiter. The order was wrong. Couldn't get a bill. The waiters seem totally inept and the food is average. I'd avoid it.

Starbuck, home away from home, for good coffee. Friendly staff. Same good coffee and service there as anywhere in the world

We waited 10 minutes just to get the menu.We waited 40 minutes to get our drinks.After asking multiple times.We waited an hour before getting our food.Multiple people who came and ordered before us had eaten and finished.We asked for the bill and again waited.Do not recommend this restaurant!
