Feedback gevenI love sushi and sashimi and I loved the Wasabi bento bars in genf – there are many. I often go there (usually more than once a week) to eat or take away when I travel a long train. it's just...until recently I noticed that they have a program of loyalty. it would have been better not to notice – or my French is not enough to understand. When I first asked how they pointed to something I didn't understand, nor did I have time to follow. the second time I understood that I have to apply online. what I did on the phone (on a page note: their website is dated and during the subscription process there are many options to get “space” emails. the third time I went, they refused because I had shown the barcode too late (to be late that she had already written the dishes while I went to her) – so in my case I must say “Fidélité” before “Bojour”. it left an acidic feeling – especially the observation of another customer who was told by one of their employees in the night before in another wasabi bento bar. I would say for a fast food place the prepared foods are good. the service varies from unfriendly to good, usually on average. because the prices are not exactly cheap, I expect more customer orientation aka friendliness and attention.
Eating is fresh and well prepared. there is a great selection of prepacked sushi sets and salads, it is not difficult to find something that suits their taste.
Very bad, two years ago it was great but there. It's been a few times since we've been disappointed in the welcome. waitresses look up at you and are audacious and antipathic. We found fish cartillages in the sushi and even once plastic but it didn't make them so worried. Another time, they put time to serve us and then they stress us to end eating. Today we haven't even been served and yet the waitresses have seen us well. So this was the last time, now we'll go to your competitors in good air who they know how to satisfy their customers. short very disappointed because as previously said, it was a time when it was a very good restaurant. To believe that the boss wants to do everything to sink his restaurant.
Always as antipathic. 5 minutes at the window to order our sushi. The waitress, working back turns and nothing. She keeps working. Chief Sushi is facing us. No hello, nothing, and he starts his work. We finally left our drinks on the counter. during our last 3 visits, the service was already more than limit. now it's over, never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately a negative review, we ordered a series of dishes and brought them in lower number. we noticed the difference and treated us to fish in the face talking only in French and inviting us to ocire since they closed at 11.00! !
