Loved the creamy ice cream! Good value and a fun place to visit in Genoa.

They rush you to place your order and are just plain rude. I’ve never been to a place that tells you “hurry up, we have a line” when you’re literally the only people there.

The brownie sundae could really benefit from having some hot fudge in the center of the cup.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant on Friday evening during the Genoa homecoming event. The older lady working there was extremely rude and provided terrible customer service. I really wish I had read the reviews from others who had similar experiences with her before I went. There are plenty of other ice cream places that offer polite and friendly service. Mello Crème, for example, has much better customer service!

I share the same concerns as others regarding the older woman who works there; her attitude is consistently poor. It's affecting the younger staff as well, who can also be quite rude. I don't plan to return to this restaurant since there are many better options available.
