I happened to Enzo by chance. One day I ate some plague lasagna, really very good, not only, I realized that the pieces are very affordable. The second day I saw the stars. I tasted a piece of focaccia with polenta, soon after I bought three good pieces to take away, but what upset me most was the flour. All my life, I've never eaten such a good flour. Sottile, with chrostic, grease to the right point. All wood-cooked. I absolutely recommend it. Open for lunch and evening from 18:30 to 20:30... The flour should be booked.
