Royal Bagel Hellerup - Gentofte

For more than a year now I really enjoyed my New York Breakfast: Cream Cheese Bagel with extra tomato and a coffee. Depending on who was working, I sometimes had to pay an extra of 6 Krona for two slices of tomatoes but fair enough : Since two weeks, however, for whatever reason it is impossible to get extra tomatoes on the bagel. Not even for an extra 6 Krona. Why? We just can 't do it and My boss told me . Come on Bagel Co., are you serious? Gladly all other guests who were in the restaurant today agreed with me and were just shaking their heads at this ridiculous behavior and customer service. You just lost a regular customer here over a damn slice tomato! But yes, I get it is just too much trouble and complication. Sorry for asking for too much haha!

The bagels themselves are pretty good, but this place is trying to model itself after Subway and is trying to do too much this way in terms of fillings. Suggest cutting back some, and specialize better.

Really good bagels and nice to sit inside their little shop. I have always been fully satisfied with the food there.

Really great service by owner on a Sunday where we were looking for lunch. Super nice guy and awesome food. They had the cinnamon-raisin bagel which has been my favorite since childhood. Wish more bagel stores would sell these.
