Our server, identified as Server ID 10010, initial P, not only neglected basic duties but also made us feel unwelcome, a sentiment that no guest should experience, especially at a reputed establishment. The absence of our server was so noticeable that we were left without water for an extended period. Despite our direct request for water, we had to enlist help from another waitress. The food generally met our expectations, except for the chicken thigh satay, which was unacceptably rubbery. Addressing this issue was challenging due to the ongoing inattentiveness of Server ID 10010, initial P. Although the manager acted swiftly to offer a replacement for the unsatisfactory dish, our time constraints forced us to take it to go. It’s disheartening that the indifferent and unwelcoming attitude from our server cast a shadow over a meal that was meant to be a pleasant family lunch. This experience at Ms. Pipers sadly highlights how crucial good service is in complementing the culinary offerings of a restaurant.
Fun atmosphere out by pool and big TV. Food was amazing—snapper, short ribs and seafood moqueca. Drinks excellent and only drawback was slow service. Nice waitress but disappeared for too long between table visits. Definitely a must visit while at Grand Cayman.
Excellent dinner and great atmosphere. Ask to be seated outside for the best experience .
Very charming restaurant. Feels like you are in a beautiful back yard. The food was all delicious, the drinks innovative and service was on point Loved the croquettes and beef Kopita.Would definitely recommend this restaurant
