Feedback gevenI recently tried KFC and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and juicy roasted chicken. The service was also fast and friendly. I'll come back for more.
The service was slow and the chicken was best on average. Locationally, KFC is in a central place in Georgetown and the ride through the line is usually long. For time, KFC will open until 10:30, which is longer than most of its fast food cooperative. Parking can be anger when you try to enter the building on a busy day, but it is possible with stamina. The ambience inside is better than its competitors and it is very good to eat. All in an average fast food place to visit.
KFC IS THE BEST WITH THEIR CHICKEN BUT DAMN WHEN I ORDERED THE ORIGINAL AND TASTED/ATE IT, MY WHOLE NERVOUS SYSTEM WENT CRAZY.
Nonsense service they taking orders online and sending confirmation also and when you go to pick up they answering they don't prepare online orders when customer reaches to pick up then they prepare orders, so what sense it makes for online service better they shut off online services it is totally disapponting and wastage of time. I wish we could put negative stars for review but unfortunately there is no option for that
I placed an order online to KFC Amazonia mall location at 5:44 pm it is now 19:02. I haven 't gotten a confirmation call to verify my order or to verify my location. I 've been ordering from this establishment since the beginning of time, and I must say the Customer Service is atrocious at best. The staff talks to you how they feel like I remember vividly I ordered something at the Regent St location my order came up to 1740 online the young lady called to confirm my order and she said my total is 1740 a few moments later the delivery guy called for directions I gave him such then he said to me yuh total is 1840 my response to that was the girl told 1740 how is now 1840 please let me know what is the correct cost I heard the young lady saying wam like she can 't pay $100 extra mind you I am a very patient person and I don 't ever post on social media about how these fast food joints treat customers I take my disrespect and walk away but I make conscious decision not to spend my money at that organization because of the way I was treated. Back to today June 10th, 2022 I 've called the establishment 37 times and no one answered. This is the last day me and my family will ever be purchasing food from this establishment. These actions are UNACCEPTABLE, DISTASTEFUL, INAPPROPRIATE. NO STARS
