Pollo Tropical - Georgetown

My favorite healthy lunch. I will always recommend the tropical shell grilled chicken

Pollo Tropical is our go-to chicken restaurant and we have enjoyed its food at various Florida locations for over 25 years. So we had high hopes for the Guyana store. We’ve eaten there twice this month; the first time the service was terrible (surly poor attitude) but the food was OK and today the service was OK but the store was out of several menu items and the food we were able to buy was not as tasty as usual. The local manager is not meeting Pollo Tropical’s standards. We won’t be back.

The salad I had there was great and the staff was friendly

Great food. The chicken was especially tasty. A nice mix of blends on a grilled thigh. Think the most unique part of the experience was the array of sauces setup for your tasting. The combination brought even more flavors to your palate
