Frisch's Big Boy - Georgetown

I went to Fresh's Big Boy with a big group of my family. 9 of us. This is a large group, especially on a busy Sunday, where many people come from the church and want a nice meal with their family. I have the breakfast bar and a water. Your water is not my favorite of all fast food or restaurant water, but I can't be too picky. However, the staff is mostly relatively nice. Our waitress (Bonita) was fantastic and is super beautiful! I personally have the breakfast bar and it was pretty good. The staff adds food quickly and it is never empty. The whole breakfast was good, but only not getting the eggs. All in all this is a 7/10. We're going to turn around and this brings us to a 4/5. Very nice job!

Shortly with the waitress, it was like a professional. Clean diner, good food. Her cookies were much better than I expected. The hashbrowns were buttery had great taste. First time at Frisch's Big Boys. Seeing a few times in my travels, I always thought it looked like a hit to Bob's(From California) but, honestly, it's better than Bob's.

We eat a few times a month, sometimes more. This was one of the only places to eat during the pandemic and we were so grateful that they remained open. In our recent visit, Doug (Manager) was more than usual. He acted as our server and made a wonderful job. When we eat, some friends I haven't seen in a long time. After talking to us, he sat next to us so that we could continue our visit. One of the people in their party has food restrictions. Doug was helpful to get them the special food they needed to make sure that the kitchen staff when he placed the order in and when it was ready. He could assure the customer that the order was correct and safe to consume for them. Doug's not the manager who's just behind the counter. We have seen that he has the salad/hot bar, collecting tables, cleaning and any other work in the store. Sometimes the waiting personnel can be stressed by an eile and/or difficult customer. He is always encouraging while keeping his employees at his high standards. He needs time to engage customers in real conversations in the register and we all feel like friends of his when we go.

Pamela took care of us so well. She was very attentive and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. She even took the time to cut the hot Fudge cake we ordered for our daughters in half before serving him. We wouldn't have asked for a better experience.

Traveling through, back to South Carolina, we stopped in for dinner. Even with them being short staffed, our waitress was very cheerful and helpful. Our family of 5 had the breakfast bar/salad bar, cheeseburger plate and turkey club with onion rings. All of it was good and even enjoyed a slice of carrot cake and hot fudge cake.
