Hardtails Grill - Georgetown

My husband and I visited this evening, this was after a request from new management, letting us know things have changed . This was our third visit since things have changed . The first two visits were OK, food was not bad, bar tending OK. Tonight was so very, very bad. You have posters that say please be nice to the staff who show up , I am all about that, I know it 's hard. So let 's talk about one of your bartenders; she ignored us for 13 minutes, (I timed it), my husband can be salty and finally asked should we expect some service here? , she replied yes and then NEVER came back. She walked past us maybe ten times, never checked in, turned away from us. So we relied upon your other bartender who was fine, nice, but had her break, returning after our glasses had been empty for maybe 10-12 minutes. Absolutely the worst service, not because you don 't have staff, but because you don 't hold them accountable for being ambassadors of of your brand and your restaurant. Totally, utterly done with your establishment. You don 't care enough.

Another update. I went here tonight and the service was the worst ever! Only 2 bartenders/servers, o e was good but disappeared for about 30 minutes and the other would not make eye contact. 2 stars (for the occasional OK experience) and leaving it this way because I'm never going back.

Still act like it's a customer responsibility to be there. Hours are random and space is grossly misused. Goodwill Corelle plates not cool and they make so many excuses blaming staff that they never treated well.

Rare find. This place is amazing! It has everything including pool, live music, huge back yard and Patio. They have Bike nights, motorcycle parking, great food and a friendly staff.

We actually think this is a great bar. The food is good the bands are good but the service is Terrible
