Well, you guys just lost a semi regular customer. Someone who comes in probably twice a month on average. Called today to place an order for pick up, the woman who answered said they were closed due to staffing and would be open in an hour. She further asked me to call back then. Disappointing, but not a 100% unheard of situation post pandemic. But I 'm hungry now, so responded to her request to call back later with a simple maybe, thanks. Those literally being the only words I said after requesting to place an order. And if the exchange had ended there, I would still be a customer. But the woman muttered pendeja as she hung up the phone.
