Shade Tree Wine Bistro - Georgetown

I can't comment on every dish, but the southwest chicken avocado panini is outstanding. My wife loves the wine, and the beer selection is quite nice too. The atmosphere is delightful, and our host, Brick, brings an extra touch of energy to the experience.

The cheese board was impressive, showcasing a great selection of cheeses and cured meats. The flatbread pizza was not only delicious but also surprisingly filling for its size, maintaining its shape nicely with a satisfying crunch. The wine selection was solid, and the staff were both friendly and well-informed.

This delightful wine bar features an inviting atmosphere and offers a selection of cheese boards, pizzas, and sandwiches. I highly recommend the grilled cheese with cheddar, especially when paired with prosecco. Additionally, they have a beautiful outdoor patio with ample shaded seating.

Truly regret not snapping any pictures but the wine was so good and the conversation was even better! I had a pizza and it was very good, served hot. The Shade Tree has many wine and beer options, it is a perfect addition to Georgetown. They were able to accommodate our large party and the service was fantastic.

Location location location, right?? Place is bound to turn downright standing room only soon! Great time with my better half at the bar, Napa cab in tow, and fine apps. Pop in a fine drop down screen or cabinetized flat panel for the games of the day and night and go with a full blown kitchen and a deep local vinegard selection, watch out!
