Sat at the bar, took 10 minutes to take my order. Even though I was the only one sitting at the bar. Glass of beer wasn’t even filled to the top. The 2 employees were staring at their phones the whole time I was waiting. Going to Atwood Grill from now on

Food was excellent as always..service was fantastic..portion size is unmatched..we are always very pleased and have full tummies with plenty of leftovers to enjoy the next day for lunch..this without a doubt our favorite place to eat out..thank you for a lovely 35th anniversary dinner

My family visits this restaurant occasionally because it's a convenient location. Food is good. Service is good. The experience could be improved with greater accommodations to guest request. I.e my meal came with mashed potatoes. I don't eat carbs no veg available to swap in. More carbs offered or pay for side of vegetables. I ate at Cappricco's last week. They could not do enough to accommodate requests with no upcharge. Experience felt must more special because they listen and wanted to make the experience the best. Also this trip, we used a $200 gift. We added $10 cash. Check $170. They wouldn't put the remaining gift card $30 towards the servers tip. I have not experienced that with other restaurants. Hope it helps elevate the experience they deliver to their clients.

When I want a good Italian meal, I always return to Trattoria Romana. Brought family from out of state, and they loved the food.

We had another great dining experience at Trattoria Romana in Johnston! The food was delicious and I highly recommend trying the stuffed mushrooms! Simply wonderful! The ambiance was special as it is always. A gem of a restaurant in Johnston!
