Chicken Treat - Geraldton

The quality of the food is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. I had a pleasant experience thanks to the employee, Kalvin, who was both friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great as well! I highly recommend this restaurant.

The customer service is excellent! This is my second visit in two years, and both times I've enjoyed fantastic food.

Today I went through the drive thru of Chicken Treat in Mahomets Flat and was met with an incredibly friendly staff member. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but it was around 3.00pm on Friday 4/11/22 if his manager is reading this. He had brown hair and was the most friendly person I’ve encountered at any food establishment ever. He was engaging, clear on the microphone, and enthusiastic, and it was just a very pleasant experience. I told him I thought his customer service skills were exceptional. He stood out so much it has prompted me to write this review. As a person passing through this city, it was lovely to encounter such friendliness!

Long wait, maybe short staff? But the food was worth it. Please bring this franchise to Victoria, or we have is Red Rooster and KFC, both can't cook crunchy chicken.

Well used to be a great place not anymore got my usual chicken dinner and it's half what it used to be won't go there anymore
