Loved it! I was reluctant to try the place again because I hadn 't liked the 'Peace in the Middle East ' a year ago when I tried it, but will definitely order again the falafel and looking forward to the vegan gyros! :D
Being young and innovative I give these owners a 5 star rating. They seem to be enthusiastic with fresh ideas presenting a twist in taste for the most common fast dishes known in Cyprus. Their Gyro is the most lean Gyro with low diet cyprus pitta, no drewlling sauces and sweet taste. Fries are home made, again with a twist. Brioche is very nice. Liked the caramelized onions and pork taste. Spinach is good and healthy. Something out of the usual. Its in their pitta or Brioche Soups. Look tasty although this is going to be my next order coming week. Presentation and wrapping. Loved it. Not thrown in a plastic bag and just delivered Liked the logo and idea of cooking their Gyro on charcoal. Gives added value to taste. Low fat clean food with a taste matcing no other. Suggestions. Increase your menu variety steadily and slowly. Dont be fascinated by the fast profit that will sucrofise your idea food type and product. Continue to use your imagination and innovation. If you can reduce your prices by 1 to 1.5 euros will be the ideal.
Chicken rocks but I recommend the pork. Fava soup is a new experience on lentils
I was at Gyros Sta Karvouna over Xmas with my sister and her friend, and we ordered one of everything from the menu, including their dish of the day. Food was delicious; we particularly enjoyed the pork and chicken, which were tender and just rightly cooked with the raisins and tahini sauce being perfectly complimentary to the taste. The halloumi beetroot, cleverly called 'peace in the Middle East ' was divine, and last but not least lentils and oyster mushrooms with sweet potato mash were bursting with flavours that took us back to our grandma 's house. Don 't be fooled by the name, this clever, gourmé take on classic gyros is more than a concept, it 's also taste
Excellent chicken and pork, salad, sauces, raisins and... probably the best fried potatoes in the island!
