El Torito Grill - Gering

Here for a lunch meeting and was impressed! Service was fast and friendly. The food was fantastic. I had an average combination of 2 enchiladas and a taco. The Taco was a soft taco I don't think was explained. No big deal, but I prefer crispy tacos. Your table salsa is hot as I like it. When she asked if I wanted hot or mild on my meal, she wanted to make sure I wanted hot. That could tell you how hot they perceive it. I enjoy hot, so if you are good with the heat, no fear to ask. Food was fantastic and how typical comes really fast on a hot plate. Overall great experience and will return happy. The company DOES takes plastic so you know. I was with a couple that can't be a problem if you forget money.

Finally tried this restaurant out and was pleasantly surprised. Food was pretty good and prices even better. More of a traditional Mexican cuisine than other places in the area. Lots of food and with chips and salsa to start I was full. Dishes can be spicy so just know that going in. Worth a try if you like other Mexican restaurants around. Service was a bit slow but pleasant. Parking is plentiful.

Good food, but very long wait. Took 30 minutes to get a breakfast burrito in the drive through.

First off, the service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Top notch. Chips were a little bit stale and the salsa had a little kick to it! Steak fajitas were great but the steak was a little overcooked. Overall, a fine experience and would eat here again if back in the area.

The outside looks sketchy, but the inside is clean and nice. The food is full of spice... not necessarily hot but the spice is there. It 's more authentic than your generic Mexican restaurant.
