Baskin-robbins - Germantown

If you're considering visiting this restaurant within 30 minutes of closing time, I recommend you save your time and find another place. It’s clear that this location does not adhere to its posted hours. This is the third time I've been turned away even though it was within their advertised hours.

Terrible service. The staff completely overlooked us and prioritized other customers and their orders. When I pointed it out, they claimed they were understaffed. The employee I spoke with told me he wasn’t in charge of the ice cream counter and that we would have to wait for his colleague to assist us. In the meantime, they continued to serve other customers who arrived after us, as well as drive-through orders.

My husband and I visited this location last weekend, but we were disappointed by the limited selection of ice cream flavors. When I asked for chocolate, they informed me that they were out. I also tried to order chocolate chip, but the response was the same. They only offered five flavors in total. We settled on one flavor and ordered a sundae, but when we got home, it turned out to just be a scoop of ice cream with no toppings. I would much rather spend a few extra dollars and go to Cold Stone instead.

Always good service, clean store, good place to hang out sipping coffee. Wifi available too if needed.

I went to the Wisteria location and asked if there were peanuts in the Rocky Road ice cream. I wanted to buy it for my son and explained to the cashier that I wanted to know because my son has peanut allergies. The cashier was very rude and said “I don’t know.” I asked her if she could find out for me and she replied “You can go on Dunkin Donuts online and find out for yourself “ I told her that the ingredients are labeled in front of the flavors and if she could go check for me. She rudely said”No! Go online and look for yourself!” If you work in customer service, you need to know your products and by law you need to know for allergy purposes. Will not come here again.
