Feedback gevenWhen I pulled up to the window, the drive-through lady said “Are you distracted? You seem distracted.” Mind you, I had a VERY tough time understanding her over the intercom. She told me ‘at the window’ I MUST READ my coupon code to her as the FIRST thing that leaves my mouth before ordering food. I didn’t know those were Burger King’s expectations. So she was pissed I made an error. I don’t even know if she asked for a coupon code. Other reviews are saying the same thing. For the lady in the drive through… you work customer service… you are NEVER too important to be kind to someone. My heart was literally racing at the drive through. Your terrible world and vibes are being passed onto others. Watch how you speak to people. Your job could be on the line.
