Hung Hao - Germantown

Had plans to meet friends here for dinner. Saw the not so great reviews but figured we’d give it a try. Well, sadly they only do to go orders. We were going to try make the best of it and grab find and find somewhere to sit and eat. There was a couple ahead of is in line and the server just walked away as the woman was asking her a question. That’s when I said it was a sign that we should find somewhere else to eat.

Been ordering food from Hung Hao for over a decade and was always great. New owners have taken over and the customer service and quality have tanked. They will sink this once great business very quick. Told me an hour which is already more than its ever been and when I drove all the way there was told 30 more minutes. Now waiting in a parking lot on a Sunday night. Don't tell someone an hour and be over. Unacceptable. Will never order from here again.

I called to order carry-out for dinner. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. The Crab Rangoon was absolutely delicious. The orange chicken and general chicken were good and a little spicy. We will order again for sure!

The best place for Chinese food. fresh ingredients all the time and great sweet rolls.

I called for a call-out order, could not have been more rude on the phone. it was shown to pick up an order to an rude person on the switch. but the worst thing was that eating was absolutely terrible. I can't believe I spent so much money on food I literally threw away. I would never eat here. eating is bad and the customer service fits.
