It's Just Wings - Germantown

I want to start by mentioning that I didn't realize this was a Chili's until I arrived. I received a text notifying me that my food was ready at 8:12 PM, and I went inside to check on my order at 8:30. I was attended to fairly quickly after that, but unfortunately, my food was cold, which I had anticipated. I ordered traditional wings but got boneless ones instead, and they were not very good. The fries were not only cold but also undercooked, making them quite unappetizing, so I ended up throwing them away. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Wings were delish! Ordering was easy, quick, food was ready quickly and very reasonably priced. Will order again. Highly recommend. (I did curbside pickup, not door dash.

Smoked wings are divine! Habanero wings are incredible with just enough sweet heat to keep you eating more. Highly recommended!

Ordered through Doordash. These wings are awesome, meaty and full of flavor. Curly fries were great, too! Can't wait to order them again!

Let me start by saying that I will never return to Chili's, but each time I'm in a situation where it's my only option, I'm disappointed. This time, I wanted wings, so I spotted a place nearby called "It's Just Wings." I placed my order and received an email confirmation, which turned out to be from Chili's. To be clear, the website I ordered from didn’t mention Chili's at all. I called about two minutes after placing my order, and the person who answered was quite nice. She assured me that she would cancel my order and that I would receive my refund in a few days. However, I never saw that refund. It feels like $50 down the drain due to misleading advertising. Please take note of this location.
