Feedback gevenToday for lunch we decided we would have Jersey Mike's subs.We ordered this via the app on the way driving there.Ordered two #13 Italian subs with two bags of Ms. Vickie's BBQ chips. Even though we had two of the same sandwiches, each was unique in the ordering with some toppings added and some toppings removed. No issues with the order whatsoever. I like that you can identify who the sandwich goes to in the app, and that they then write that name on the outside of the sub. It told us it would be ready in 15 minutes and we arrived about 5 minutes later. To my amazement the order was ready and I was on my way.Store wasn't that busy, it was clean and the associates were all friendly and helpful.Enjoy!
Place is a scam if you order delivery. Multiple times I have ordered from here asking for double meat. It seems they put on less than normal when I do just for spite. Save your money unless you can go in person.
Myself and several coworkers went in for lunch at store #28001. I requested a sub in a tub. The person waiting on me SARAH was terribly rude and obnoxious and thru my salad together leaving much of the food hanging out. When I brought it to her attention she tossed it to the back of the prep area and repeated the same behavior and preparation. I then requested to speak with a Mgr. to my horror he was standing there (David)making sandwiches. I asked if he was witnessing this behavior? He said "you were not happy with how she made the first one, so now she has made you another one. What 's the problem? I then asked, who is the General Manager of this store? He said, me. Needless to say my coworkers and I walked out extremely disappointed in this behavior AND this so called Manager partnering with this behavior. IF I were to ever return to another Jersey Mike 's it would NOT be this one. They lack CUSTOMER SERVICE and RESPECT for their customers in a MAJOR way.
So disappointed. Drove from MV to Germantown to get 4 subs. Drove all the way home and realized we were short a sub. When asked about what we would receive for the inconvenience for driving back and forth we were told you were offered a refund that 's it. First and last time. Won 't happen again. I 'll stick with Firehouse.
I think the young man that helped us this time is new and could use a little direction. He stopped in the middle of making our sandwiches to take somebody else's order which confused himself and the woman doing toppings. Then in the middle of wrapping our sandwiches, he stopped to do something else, again confusing himself and leaving me standing there with only half my order. Not a big deal. Just hoping someone can help him focus a bit more before a big deal happens.
