Feedback gevenOrdered a large cheese pizza and a steak and cheese sub for my husband for carry out. Got home and my husband took a bite of his sub, when I noticed the bread had mold on it. I immediately called them and told them what was wrong. Headed back and got a refund. Was very disappointed. How do you not notice this when making the sub? Probably the last time we order from here.
Yesterday at around 6:05 I ordered a medium sausage pizza from the Germantown location and this is what I picked up. As you can see there is no sausage on the right side and the pizza looks over cooked. When I questioned the gentleman at the counter he said that I can wait another 20 minutes for another one. Well, I was just getting off work and didn't have time to wait for another one. I've never had problems from this store before and felt disappointed by the service.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I love Lados, but this location is the worst. I've ordered here multiple times and received burnt pizzas. When I called to request that my pizza not be burnt this time, the young lady at the front responded with a very rude attitude. I asked to speak to a manager, but was met with the same sarcastic and unhelpful demeanor. They clearly don't prioritize the quality of their food or decent customer service. Do yourself a favor and choose another location instead.
We have been regulars at the Germantown Ledo's location for quite some time, but we've noticed that the quality of the pizza there has been quite inconsistent. In the past six months, we've visited the North Potomac, College Park, and Olney locations, and the pizza at each of those has been noticeably better each time. It makes me wonder if there are any franchise standards in place. From now on, if we're craving Ledo's pizza, we'll be ordering from the North Potomac location.
The server returned after a while to inform us that they had run out of pita bread, but they could substitute it with a sub roll. I accepted that, understanding the difficulties with supply chains these days. However, after a long wait, the server brought my wife's lunch but delivered only a plate of French fries to me without any explanation. I sat there watching my wife finish her meal while I waited for mine. Growing impatient, I went up to the counter to inquire about my Gyro, but was initially ignored. Finally, the server tossed my Gyro onto the counter in front of me. Frustrated, I pushed it back and said, "Sorry, we’re leaving." By that point, we had been there for nearly an hour, and my wife had already finished eating. We both needed to return to work. The server seemed at a loss and went to the back, after which the manager appeared. She didn’t apologize at all; she simply stated, "We didn’t have any pita bread." When I explained that we were leaving and that I wouldn’t be paying for the Gyro, she didn’t respond. Instead, she charged me for my wife’s meal, and we left. The owner or manager should really reconsider the situation at this Ledo Pizza location. The server was alone and poorly trained, clearly struggling to manage patrons. It felt to me like the manager was indifferent to what had happened and just wanted us to leave. I won't be returning and would recommend looking for a better dining option elsewhere, as our experience was far from satisfactory.
