Subway - Germantown

The customer service at this restaurant is very disappointing. My experience was so bad that I have been considering filing a complaint. I will never dine at this subway again. I would rather go out of my way to eat somewhere else than be treated poorly. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars.

The service at this restaurant is terrible, as they do not answer the phone and treat customers poorly. However, the food is delicious. That's all I can say.

I really liked their dishes and service, awesome area nearby to my apartment. The employees are always kind. Will come back again.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. The management and staff do not know how to do their jobs and are very rude. They should all be fired.

I've almost never leave negative comments but my experience here is forcing me take the time to write this to caution other customers.
