Wendy's - Germantown

Very rude and short with me. While placing my order at the drive through I would pause between items to allow the order taker to catch up. As soon as they caught up they just say, pull forward. Happened twice while I was attempting to order.Food was alright except for the sausage gravy biscuits. They were disgusting, I don 't recommend merely slicing up the sausage patties and sprinkling them on top. They were dry and tough. Also took almost 10 minutes at the window even though I was the only person in line.There are a lot of places for growth here, starting with hiring the right staff. Can 't say I 'll be back anytime soon.

I went there and patiently waited because I like their pineapple mango lemonade.On days I don't have time, I will pass because drive-thru service is extremely slow.Today, I waited about 30 minutes on drive-thru just to get my 1 drink.If you have an item that you crave for and have time to wait, it's good. Otherwise, I can see myself not returning if I don't have the crave for that 1 item.

I highly recommend to avoid this place especially the drive through. If you go here anyway I recommend not handing them your debit card and ordering online. Someone there has a stealing problem.

We were in drive through and the person a female was acting rude and ghetto. She was slamming the drive through window every time we let her know that she forgot something on our order.This took place March 17 around 12:25 pm 2004. She made improper gestures toward us.We will not be going there again! My entire family felt her unfriendliness. She made a scene and it wasn't pleasant.
