Wolf River Brisket Co. - Germantown

Just left WRB with a HUGE togo order. Julie the manager on duty was definitely on the job!!! I had to ask her if she was the manager because the way she executed my order was phenomenal. I was so impressed with her that I had to tell her so. I will DEFINITELY be back as long as great people are at work!! I dont mind spending my hard earned money on great food and excellent service!!! I opened all of out boxes and had to stop and write a review BEFORE I ate. If you're thinking about going....JUST GO!!!!

I had the pleasure of being served by Kiesha, who was an outstanding waitress. The food was fantastic, and the wait time was minimal. I will definitely be returning!

I met a friend for lunch today and had a really great experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Our server, Sara, was both friendly and professional. My veggie plate was hot and delicious, and my friend's chef salad was excellent as well. This is definitely one of my favorite spots!

I also tried the brisket sandwich with mashed potatoes. The flavor of the brisket was completely overshadowed by an excessively sweet BBQ sauce and tangy red onions. The mashed potatoes were dry and tasted stale. In our party of 18, complaints came from nearly everyone, ranging from dry cornbread and overly salty coleslaw to dry brisket and unappetizing mashed potatoes. The only dish that seemed to please was the chicken wings. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available, and I noticed many families dining with children. Our group included five kids, and the venue appeared to be kid-friendly. Additionally, the restaurant was wheelchair accessible.

Short staffed, but our waitress was very friendly. I usually get burnt ends. Delicious, but small portion. I usually get Brussel sprouts...tasty. Rice was extremely bland and sticky.
