Epilepsy Society Coffee Shop

**Katy Norris:** I really enjoy the Coffee Shop. Everyone has a great time chatting and engaging in their favorite activities like sewing, rug-making, and playing games. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Pippa, who manages the Coffee Shop. I love the snacks offered, such as cereal bars, crisps, coffee, and I appreciate being able to buy milk whenever I need it. **Jackie Baker:** I like to come down during my free time to grab drinks. The food options are excellent with a variety of sandwiches, salads, and healthy choices that come in different flavors. Both the staff and other visitors are very friendly. The staff is always supportive whenever we need help. I get to catch up with my friends too. I work in the Coffee Shop every week, organizing cups, restocking the shelves, and helping to order sandwiches. I also turn on the computers and assist with the money. **Hazel Wintle:** I enjoy visiting the Coffee Shop to meet new people. The food and drinks are great, and I love coloring and sewing with others. It’s nice to get out of the house and socialize. **Naomi Kingswood:** The Coffee Shop has a friendly atmosphere. I like having a cup of tea and a Milky Way while enjoying the company of others. **Ben Marlow:** I really like the Coffee Shop, especially the cheese sandwiches and water. I enjoy playing with my iPad, playing games like snakes and ladders and scrabble, working on my blog, and spending time with my friends. The staff here are great, particularly Pippa. Overall, the residents highly value the warm environment and supportive community at the Coffee Shop.

The staff, volunteers, and patrons here are absolutely fantastic and friendly. I miss some of my friends from previous visits. I typically only come every six months, but they always remember me, and I love being able to use my rewards card!

Pippa (Coffee shop manager) has so much energy and enthusiasm. She has made the coffee shop suitable for everyone. Pippa often puts on special theme days/events and is always happy to speak/listen to everybody.

Lovely location, great place to pop in for lunch or a coffee. Lovely staff!
