Shangai Wok - Gerzat

It will be about 1 year since I go every month, eat in Shanghai Wok and I have to say that this is a place I love, the staff is very welcoming and warm. The dishes are succulent and with the new control system, there is no waste and the dishes are fresh and made immediately. I like the approach to this restaurant. I strongly recommend this establishment.

Always as good. Being a former restaurant client, I prefer the new organization. Always a professional reception. We have to pay before we eat what's fine. To eat, simply scan the QRcode with your smartphone that sends us on the restaurant menu (If we don't have a smartphone, the installation is ready from tablets.) And there's only one left to order and wait to be served at the table. Fresh and quality products and that we love. The only drawback is that the restaurant and the victim of its success, so quickly full, which creates a rather high noise when everyone speaks at the same time. I recommend, really restaurant, the best in the region to my taste.

The restaurant has changed a lot for a while, it has finished the buffet not very well organized and the back and exterior that do not finish it and the tail in front of the heat of the wok. Now we stay at his table, we command by a link (QR code on the table) and the order we are served. We are limited to 3 dishes each time, and we have to wait 15 minutes between orders. This new system is quite effective, allows to have more visibility on all available dishes and certainly reduces food waste. The staff is at the edge of the war, the service is fast and the dishes are good. The offer of sushi/California rollers has been considerably expanded and improved. I also advise woks and caramelized chicken. The quantities served are very reasonable and allow people to taste several dishes. The dessert is clearly the big weak point of the restaurant.

I liked this concept of a will served at the table, I find that the hygiene side is much better, especially since the covide epidemic. The kitchen is good, the beautiful decoration, the gaps can be a small smile of the team.
