Excellent gastronomic proposal by chef Alejandro. A perfect combination of flavors with national ingredients. Very good attention, with an explanation of the local atmosphere and each of the dishes. The best of your card, the cough of pangora, the fried eggs and their desserts are excellent. In drinks, boulevardier 3500, best in town!
I've been lucky to get into Ecuadorian gastronomy by Chef Alejandro and his talented team. In each of its dishes you can see the affection, the good energy and the know-how, raising the flavors of traditional cuisine to another level without losing the roots. My favorites: rice with egg and lamb. No doubt a reference of the high-level Ecuadorian cuisine.
Excellent food, excellent service, is a place where you feel the affection and passion of cooks and service staff. Very recommended!!
