A well run branch. Everything is permanently pre-ordered, not the cramp, like in many other branches! And the staff is just as consistently friendly! Long distances are also worthwhile here

The bakery is located near the ancient mill >Rosa Eckernförde. you can right outside the door. The size of the modern-looking shop is reminiscent of the old days when the north-south connecting road passed directly by here. Unfortunately, on a Friday between 10 and 11 a.m. when I came, the displays in the generously sized display areas showed a very thin selection that almost seemed lost, although one customer alternated with the next while I was staying a little longer in front of the store. The main time is probably in the early morning hours, as the early opening hours reveal. However, one can only hope that what is still on offer in the entire program such as bread/rolls/cakes etc. will be significantly refreshed, because otherwise it would hardly last until 5:30 p.m. The only waiter is friendly. The spelled bun tastes good. However, Franzbrötchen/Puddingtaler and Rumschnitte are infinitely sweet. Sometimes I chewed on real lumps of sugar. The actual taste is unfortunately overshadowed by the extreme sweetness. Pudding thalers and rum slices are also extremely firm. The lack of lightness can hardly be overcome without plenty of drink. Due to the high sugar content, the consumption remains heavy in my stomach for longer. The pricing is a bit strange and in my opinion too high. If I shop here again, I 'll leave it at bread rolls. A pity

Very tasty breads, super nice staff!!! The rum-now fame slice is an absolute hit! Unfortunately, the selection of cakes leaves a lot to be desired. The buns are industrial buns. Not to be compared with the rolls from the Detlefsen bakery in Fleckeby and from the Drews bakery in Büdelsdorf.

Fresh and tasty cake with good coffee. The lady is very friendly and happy to be back.
